Mark was involved with prominent architects PTW in conjunction with the Client and Certifying Authority in reviewing proposed designs of the alterations and refurbishment works to the Downing Centre and to review the existing fire safety features in the building, as well as liaison with the Heritage consultants in gaining a full understanding of the buildings unique design features.
