Mark has worked on a number of new and existing Woolworths projects ranging from small internal alternations to major works including as part of major Shopping Centres such as Westfield and Federation Centres. Mark’s early involvement in the design team meant that key fire safety features, such as fire resistance levels, travel distances, compartmentation, and particularly smoke hazard management etc were all rationalised, adding great cost-benefit to the project. Mark worked on the 3D computer modelling to assess fire and smoke spread within the building and apply the required fire safety features in order to satisfy the acceptance criteria for life safety and fire service intervention.
